Shay Bills is an anointed woman of God, born and raised in Paris, Texas by her late grandmother Betty L. King. She and her husband Terry have three children. Recognized by many as a powerful and anointed Evangelistic Speaker, Accomplished Bible teacher and entrepreneur; Bills’ shares her insightful and thought-provoking message with diverse ministries and organizations young and old via conferences, retreats, workshops and seminars near and far.

Bills holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, a Master’s in Education Administration with Principal Certification, both from Texas A & M University in Commerce. She taught high school English for eight years and has experience as an Assistant Principal. She is a Texas Licensed Realtor with Century 21 Harvey Properties with honors of Rookie of the Year and Million Dollar Producer. She owns Lighthouse Learning Daycare Center with Directors’ Credentials from the State of Oklahoma and is a Best Selling NATIONAL Independent Self-Published Author promoting her works, “Is Your Ghost Holy? Eight Principles for Evaluating Your Walk in the Spirit,” and her newly released St. Paul Press Top 25 Bestselling title, “When Faith Fights.”

Bills continues the advancement of the Kingdom through her board membership in many community and civic organizations plus as the Founder/President of The Upper Room Ministries which provides weekly Bible studies, workshops and seminars throughout the States.
